The Beaujolais Village Les Vins de Vicky from the Château des Moriers estate is a lively and vibrant red, expressing all the fruity exuberance of this type of wine loved worldwide. A true icon of the region, the label has introduced this wine to all connoisseurs thanks to the day dedicated to the release of Beaujolais nouveau, an event that has become part of the enthusiasts' calendar. It is made with pure Gamay, the most widespread red grape variety in the area. The choice of carbonic maceration allows for the preservation of intense fruity aromas and offers the immediate pleasure of a soft and harmonious sip, easy and simple.

The red Beaujolais Village Les Vins de Vicky, produced by Château des Moriers, is the fruit of the region's tradition. The origins of the domaine date back to the late 1800s, and it still continues to offer wines that genuinely interpret the oldest local customs. In the 9-hectare estate, divided between Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent, the vineyards are managed according to the principles of organic farming. For centuries, Gamay has adapted to the mild climate of the region and to the poor, draining soils, generated by the gradual weathering of pink granite rocks. According to the tradition of the area, once the harvest is over, the healthiest and ripest bunches are vinified whole using a carbonic maceration process, which preserves the expressive integrity of the fruity aromas. Before bottling, the wine ages for a few months in stainless steel tanks.

The Beaujolais Village Les Vins de Vicky from Château des Moriers is a red to be enjoyed young to appreciate the crispness of the fruit. The delicacy of the tannin also allows it to be enjoyed in summer at a slightly cool temperature, around 14 °C. It presents in the glass with a beautiful ruby red color with light purple reflections. The olfactory profile is dominated by the fragrance of small red berry aromas, wild strawberries, raspberry, red currant, marasca, floral nuances, and delicate spicy hints. Harmonious and enticing, it presents on the palate a ripe and juicy fruit, very fine tannins, and a smooth and agile sip, leading to a finish of great freshness.
