Cascina Fornace's 'Bianco Fornace' is a wine produced by one of Roero's great artisan vignerons. Produced from local grapes, the key word for this white is freshness. Young and crisp, it is a rustic wine with a drinkable, fruity character. The nose releases aromas of ripe fruit such as pear and the typical yellow peach, with floral notes crowning the aromatic bouquet. The palate is fresh, balanced, silky and refreshing: a perfect opening for any convivial moment
