Bianco Passito 'Alleria' Brama 2015

Brama's Passito 'Alleria' is a white wine produced by this artisan company in the province of Salerno. This wine is the result of the passion and knowledge of Rino and Tiziana, methodical producers with a great love for wines with ancestral breath: for their wines, small production and use of tiny 60-litre barrels. The result develops aromas of honey and dried fruits such as apricots and figs. On the palate, it is sweet but balanced, supported by marked freshness. It pairs perfectly with blue cheeses, ricotta cheese desserts or fine almond paste
