Maison Albert Bichot's Aligoté is a fresh and immediate Burgundy wine with a striking savoury character. It is made from grapes from all over Burgundy, mainly from the cool areas around Auxerre. The pale straw yellow colour introduces delicate aromas of white flowers, apple and pear. On the palate one enjoys a fresh, energetic sip with marine minerality. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany salads and fish dishes
