It expresses itself with elegance, refinement, freshness, and taste tension, showcasing subtle and pleasant aromas of white and dried flowers, candied fruits, citrus zest, and honey.

The Champagne Brut Grand Cru “Grand Millesime” by Paul Bara originates in the splendid territory of Bouzy. It is in this prestigious area southeast of the Montagne de Reims that this small family Maison, much loved by Champagne enthusiasts, is located. It is a label produced only in the most favorable vintages, with a selection of the best Pinot Noir grapes from the estate, to which a small percentage of Chardonnay is added. It is an elegant and rich Millesimato, which after a period of 48 months spent in the Maison's caves, expresses complex and persistent aromas, accompanied by a clear tasting freshness.

The “Grand Millesime” is a Champagne Brut Grand Cru produced by an ancient family of winemakers from the Montagne de Reims. The Maison Paul Bara cultivates eleven hectares in the Grand Cru of Bouzy, divided into over thirty small parcels, almost all dedicated to Pinot Noir, as per tradition in this area of Champagne. The attention to vineyard management in the countryside leads to obtaining high-quality grapes, which are then vinified in a wayparcel, trying to bring to light the peculiarities of the terroir. Due to the characteristics of great freshness and elegance, the Champagnes of Paul Bara have quickly won over enthusiasts all over the world and today represent a certainty for those who want to know the true face of Bouzy wines.

The Grand Cru “Grand Millesime” from the Maison Paul Bara is a Champagne Brut that perfectly represents the strong and decisive character of the wines from the Montagne de Reims area. At the end of the harvest operations, fermentation takes place in steel and after a few months of aging, the base wines are blended and started for refermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Champenoise, with a stay on the lees of 48 months. It presents a light yellow color with golden reflections, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet recalls notes of white flowers, orange blossom, fruity aromas, citrus peel, softness of pain brioche and honey, dried fruit and toasted sensations. The sip is tense and energetic, with a harmonious development and a finish of great mineral freshness
