Belisario's Lacrima di Morro d'Alba originates around the castle in the town of Morro d'Alba, very close to the winery. To accentuate the fruity character as much as possible, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration. On the nose, the fruity aromas are very fresh and lively, with hints of cherry and floral notes of violets. On the palate it is fresh, the tannic profile is subtle and soft and the taste very smooth. Perfect with cured meats and light cheeses, try it with ciauscolo
