Garda EVO Oil Madonna delle Vittorie - 50cl
Madonna delle Grazie Extra Virgin Garda Olive Oil is a refined Garda olive oil, fragrant, fine and with great delicacy. It is obtained from different varieties of olives, all harvested near the oil mill in Arco, then in Riva del Garda and Torbole. The nose opens on light herbaceous notes and slight hints of green apple. The palate is well-balanced, with a sweet entry and a slight bitter note in the almondy finish. Ideal raw on lake fish, fresh vegetables or delicate cheeses
