Livon's Pinot Grigio Collio is a white wine that perfectly expresses the terroir of Dolegna del Collio. It is a fresh and fine wine, but one that changes shape with each additional year of maturation. The characteristic pale yellow colour preludes elegant notes of white flowers with hints of ripe yellow fruit. On the palate it has generous structure and marked minerality, with a lingering finish. Ideal companion for fish risottos or even grilled white meats
