The Valdobbiadene Extra Dry Prosecco "Bandarossa" takes its name from the symbol that was marked by the founder on the best Extra Dry bottles. The aromas of white flowers and golden apple introduce a pleasant and highly drinkable sip, with excellent freshness and a delicately savory finish. An elegant and impeccable Magnum format!

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry “Bandarossa” in Magnum format is a tribute to the historic producer Giuliano Bortolomiol. Starting from the 1970s, he traced an identifying symbol with a red pencil on his favorite Extra Dry wines, which he then reserved for his closest friends. This is where the name “Bandarossa” comes from, which has been a national label since 1986 and represents the selection of the most excellent Extra Dry produced by the winery. Its success was remarkable, to the point of becoming one of the most appreciated and recognized bottles for its extremely high quality. It is produced as a Vintage from the best Glera grapes of the year, vinified according to the Charmat/Martinotti method and dosed with a good level of sweetness.

The goal of the Bortolomiol winery, now managed by the 4 daughters, is to create unique Proseccos. To achieve this, everything starts from the vineyard and the control of the vines. The winery aims for sustainable agriculture, with a low environmental impact. If the vine grows healthy, the fruit will be healthy, a simple and perhaps obvious idea, but one that is rarely applied in today's world. It is produced from pure Glera grapes, hand-picked and vinified in white, until the refermentation that takes place in pressurized autoclaves for about a month. The aging on the lees is quite short, so that the Prosecco can express its delicate flavors and fragrant aromas to the fullest.

The “Bandarossa” Magnum from Bortolomiol lights up the glass with a straw yellow color, tending towards greenish, and is further enhanced by a rich and persistent perlage. The aromas are young and fresh, mainly recalling golden apples and white flowers. On the palate, it is pleasant, easy to drink and very enjoyable, perfect for sipping at an aperitif with friends or even on special occasions, especially in the prestigious Magnum format!
