The Prosecco Rosé Brut from Val d'Oca is a Vintage obtained from the separate vinification of Glera and Pinot Noir. The blend is then assembled for the second fermentation in autoclave, according to the Charmat method. This results in a fresh and delicate sparkling wine that expresses complex floral aromas of rose and violet, seductive hints of tropical fruits, and intense notes of green apple and grapefruit. A perfect prosecco to pair with light dishes, raw fish, white meats, and, why not, also with dry pastries

The Prosecco Brut Rosé Millesimato from the extensive Venetian reality of Val d'Oca is a label characterized by pleasant aromas of tropical fruit and flowers. The Prosecco Rosé type was inaugurated in 2020 and involves the separate processing of Glera and Pinot Nero, the latter vinified in red, with subsequent blending, in full champenoise style. The birth of the "pink" version of the most famous and exported Italian sparkling wine is particularly due to the growing demand for rosé bubbles, especially from the Anglo-Saxon market.

Val d'Oca Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Brut is made from a blend of Glera (90%) and Pinot Nero (10%). The two varieties are vinified separately, for Glera with soft pressing, static decantation, and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, while for Pinot Nero with skin maceration. After a short rest in steel, the two wines are blended and the blend is then subjected to refermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti Method, otherwise known as the Charmat Method. Following 60 days of rest in autoclave, the sparkling wine is finally bottled as Brut, with 7 g/l of residual sugars, in the classic satin black bottle of Val d'Oca.

The Prosecco Val d'Oca Brut Rosé Millesimato is a pale and bright pink color with persistent bubbles. On the nose, pleasant hints of pineapple, rose petals, violet, lychee, grapefruit, and green apple are perceived. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate, with good complexity, and a light and lively finish on consistent tones of exotic fruit and flowers. Due to its graceful character, this Prosecco pairs well with delicately flavored foods, such as appetizers, fresh cheeses, and light seafood starters.
