Ropié' is the rosé from Monte dei Ragni, the iconic artisan winery of Valpolicella. Only spontaneous fermentation in steel to preserve the character of the indigenous Molinara and Corvina grapes, also protagonists of the area's great reds. On the nose there are hints of currants and crunchy cherries with slight hints of Mediterranean scrub. The palate is very savoury, fresh and pleasantly free-range, with a dynamic and crisp bite. Ideal with pasta dishes with meat sauce
