Belisario's Verdicchio di Matelica 'Valbona' comes from the Upper Esina Valley and is produced in the cru whose name it bears. Temperature-controlled vinification in steel vats and cleaning of the must by flotation are techniques used to preserve the aromatic characteristics of this distinctive grape variety. Strong floral aromas on the nose lead to the fresh and typically savoury sip, striking for its balance and drinkability. Try it with peppered 'moscioli'
