Massolino Chardonnay is obtained from a purity of the homonymous grape variety, coming from vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba at an altitude of 330 meters above sea level.of the sea. The total surface area of the vineyards intended for the production of this white is about 4.2 hectares and is defined by a marl-calcareous soil. The average age of the vines is about 20 years. The harvest is carried out manually, usually in the second half of September. The winemaking takes place mainly in wood: after a stop of about 6 months on its fermentation yeasts, the wine continues its journey with a aging in barrique. A final maturation phase in the bottle makes it ready to be marketed.

The white Chardonnay from Massolino has a straw yellow color. The bouquet perceived on the nose leans towards notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, and an interesting mineral vein.
