"Dragon" by Vajra is a fresh and fragrant white wine from the Langhe made from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Nascetta, and Riesling grapes. Matured in steel, it showcases an aromatic stamp of fresh fruit with floral and herbaceous hints, on a mineral background. On the palate, it is vibrant and taut, with a satisfying freshness.

The "Dragon" from the Vajra winery is a white wine from the Langhe, born from the desire to create a wine capable of synthesizing and expressing the authentic character of the territory. It is, in fact, a label that originates in the vineyard, where several historically present white grape varieties in Piemonte are cultivated together. The result is a balanced and harmonious blend, which skillfully combines the character of each grape in an absolutely complementary way. Fresh, fruity, and endowed with good aromatic complexity, it is a white wine that is already excellent to drink right away, but it does not fear maturing for a few years in the cellar. The name comes from the Dragon, a symbol of courage designed by Gianni Gallo.

The "Dragon" Vajra is a label that originates from a historic and prestigious winery in the Barolo area. It is in the heart of the Langhe that the Vajra family cultivates vineyards in some of the most highly regarded parcels of the denomination and produces high-quality wines, thanks to a continuous pursuit of excellence. To the historic core of the company,

are then added the precious vineyards of Luigi Baudana's estate in Serralunga d'Alba. The White "Dragon" comes to life right among the rows of Luigi Baudana's vineyards. At the end of the harvest, the grapes of the different varieties are gently pressed, and the free-run must is fermented in stainless steel tanks for about a couple of weeks. Before bottling, the wine matures for a few months in steel tanks.

The Luigi Baudana "Dragon" from Vajra is a wine of tradition. It is the result of a vineyard conception far from the modern monovarietal model. It is made with several grape varieties, some indigenous and others from France. It is a blend, meaning a vinification together of different grapes, which from the very beginning follow the same path, from the harvest to fermentation to aging. It is a wine that presents itself with a bright light yellow color and offers intense aromas, characterized by delicate floral nuances, notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus hints, and aromatic herbs. Harmonious and complex

it gives a satisfying sip, fruity and savory, which leads to a fresh finish with good taste persistence. A surprising white from the Langhe, absolutely to be tried.
