The Frizzante Rosato on yeasts 'Sèt e Mèz' from the Mariotti winery is a semi-sparkling wine based on Fortana, produced in the province of Ferrara. A wine with a juicy and crisp sip, supported by a slight acidity on the finish and characterized by a thin and persistent bubble, slightly tannic on the finish. The nose expresses notes of wild berries, in which strawberry and raspberry stand out, accompanied by pleasant balsamic notes and aromas of rose petals and violet

The Emilia-Romagna winery Mariotti presents the Sparkling Rosé on the Lees ‘Sèt e Mèz’, a label with a genuine and affable personality produced with only Fortana grapes subjected to 24-36 hours of skin maceration. Fortana is an indigenous black grape variety from the Emilia-Romagna plains, where it has been cultivated for centuries. This variety is also known by the synonym Uva d’Oro, a name it was commonly called until the mid-1800s, either due to the presumed region of origin of the grape, namely the famous Côte d’Or in Burgundy, or because of the abundant production that made this grape as profitable as gold.

The Sparkling on the Lees Rosé ‘Sèt e Mèz’ from the Mariotti winery is a 100% Fortana from vines located in the Bosco Eliceo area, rooted in predominantly sandy soils. The harvest is carried out strictly by hand, usually in the first decade of October, and the bunches are then destemmed and pressed before maceration.on the skins that lasts for 24-36 hours. The alcoholic fermentation of about two weeks occurs spontaneously in cement tanks through the action of only indigenous yeasts, while the subsequent slight sparkling is achieved in the bottle, without disgorgement. The wine is finally marketed after a few months of aging.

The ‘Sèt e Mèz’ Mariotti Sparkling on the Lees Rosé expresses an intense pink color. The nose highlights hints of wild strawberry and raspberry that blend with light floral notes and Mediterranean scrub. Taste fresh, juicy, and crisp, with a delicate and pleasant tannic sensation. The producer's recommendation is to serve this refermented in the bottle at a temperature of 10-12 °C, alone as an aperitif or paired with seafood and shellfish appetizers.
