
White N°6 'Atelier Moessmer' Feral
Feral's N°6 'Atelier Moessmer' is a fermented drink created through a collaboration between Feral, a Trentino-based producer of no-low products, and Norbert Niederkofler, an icon of Alpine cuisine. The recipe uses a base of white beetroot fermented with mountain botanicals, lime honey and verjuice. The nose is fruity and balsamic, with hints of white peach and honey. On the palate, it has a smooth, fresh progression and good complexity. Designed for a contemporary and conscious table, this drink pairs naturally with vegetable dishes and light fish preparations
