Eric Taillet's Champagne Extra Brut 'Rosae Bansionensi' comes from historic vineyards in the Vallée du Belval, where the winery cultivates Meunier. It is re-fermented for 4 years with a small addition of Coteaux Champenois red wine, which is responsible for the aromas and colouring. On the nose there are copious red fruit aromas and iodine sensations. The palate is fresh, elegant and mineral, distinctly savoury. Ideal with refined dishes such as lobster Catalan style or a tasty Bouillabaisse
Soft pastel pink with fine perlage
Intense hints of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, faint hints of cherry, hints of iodine and pastry
Very fresh and elegant, structured and harmonious on the palate, distinctly savoury
