The Chiaretto "Roseri" is produced on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, in the strip of land that extends between Desenzano and Salò, known as Valtènesi. The particular microclimate of this incredibly suited area allows for the development of a particularly wide aromatic range that spans from peach flowers and roses to pomegranate, from the scents of white flesh to those of lychee. The sip is soft and caressing, with a unique elegance and good persistence, with a pleasant freshness to cleanse the palate.

The Chiaretto del Garda "Roseri" by Cà Maiol is a wine obtained from the vinification of the four typical grapes of the Garda terroir. It is called "Roseri" for the delicacy of the bouquet expressed on the nose, which evokes the light sensations that characterize the aromas of rose buds. A label with a fragrant sip, where the drinking flows easily, narrating a territorial and identity profile that Cà Maiol interprets exquisitely.

The "Roseri" signed by Cà Maiol is a Chiaretto del Garda that comes from a blend dominated by Groppello, alongside which we find Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera. These varieties grow in calcareous soils, moderately stratified with compact clay. We are located between Desenzano and Salò, an area dominated by a climate that ensures the excellent ripening of the grapes, also thanks to the breezes coming from the nearby Lake Garda. The must undergoes a short cryomaceration on the skins, while the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains to stabilize for a few months, until it is ready to be bottled and subsequently released on the market.

The wine "Roseri" Chiaretto del Garda by Cà Maiol presents itself visually with a light pink color, crossed by some lighter reflections, tending towards powder pink. The fruit dominates the primary evolution of the nose, enriched during its evolution by hints of incense that become more frequent towards the end of the olfactory analysis. On the palate, it is light-bodied, dynamic, and smooth, with a sip characterized by a persistent sapidity. It closes with a finish characterized by a flavor of peach. A label that finds a pleasant geographical pairing in the cellar with the dishes of the lake tradition of nearby Garda.
