Chateau de Garnerot's Mercurey Rouge is a red from the Cote Chalonnaise, the centre of Burgundy. The vines are cultivated without pesticides or herbicides, following the rhythms of the lunar calendar, in pursuit of sustainability and communion with nature. The nose is very elegant, with jammy red fruits and spicy hints that take over in the finish. The sip is structured, balanced, with a long, fragrant finish. Ideal with spicy white meats, roasts, cured meats and washed rind cheeses
