Giacomo Rallo founded the winery in 1983 with the support of his wife Gabriella, both having an important family background in the world of viticulture. Today, their sons José and Antonio carry on the family business, perpetuating the tradition in a modern key. The name of the wine evokes the pleasant breeze that arises from the meeting between the sea and the Iblei Mountains and blows through the territory of Vittoria among the grape clusters.
