Tommasi's Rosato 'Le Fornaci' is an elegant wine that celebrates the 'rosista' tradition of the lakeside areas, the Tommasi estate where this wine is produced is in fact located on Lake Garda. After separate pressing, the musts are blended before fermentation. The soft pink in the glass is reminiscent of a rose petal, and introduces very fresh citrus and floral aromas, with mineral hints of salt.
