Casalforte's Soave is produced in the hills of this Venetian village, among fascinating volcanic soils, where the Garganega grape expresses all its finesse. The nose releases delicate aromas of jasmine flowers and exotic fruit, with hints of white peach. On the palate, it is dry and elegant, with a pleasant freshness and a savoury finish. Ideal with fish and white meat dishes, it pairs perfectly with seafood risotto or grilled chicken breast
