Valtènesi Classico 'Groviglio' Cà Maiol 2022

Valtènesi Classico 'Groviglio' from Cà Maiol is an authentic wine from the most vocated red wine area of Lake Garda. Made from the local Groppello grapes, one of the secrets of the terroir is the rich limestone skeleton. Only steel is used in the cellar to preserve the grape's natural fruity and spicy character, together with great freshness. The nose offers lively cherry aromas with interesting hints of pink pepper. On the palate it is a light but impressively structured red, with typical savoury mineral hints. Ideal with beef carpaccio but surprising with grilled fish
