Tappero Merlo's Vermouth di Torino Rosso 'Archemisia' is a traditional vermouth, designed for aperitifs and mixing. It is based on a 19th-century family recipe preserved and handed down by the producer's great-great-grandmother. In addition to absinthe, aromatic herbs, flowers, spices, roots and orange peel, the aromatic components also include an iconic grape variety from the Canavese area, Erbaluce di Caluso. The nose is complex and balsamic with hints of roots and citrus fruits, while the palate is enveloping, bitter and harmonious.
