Podere Ortica's Trebbiano Toscano 'Ade' is a white wine made from Biancame grapes, a low-yielding biotype of this variety. During vinification, the grapes are macerated on the skins for several days to extract all the aromatic compounds and characteristic colour. The nose offers hints of fragrant white fruit, hints of citrus and a distinct herbaceous note. On the palate, it is fresh, easy to drink and slightly tannic, thanks to contact with the skins. Perfect for a summer aperitif with fish
