The Champagne Brut Prestige by Tatittinger is the identity card of the historic maison from Reims: an elegant, delicat and impeccable Champagne, born from different vineyards and aged on the lees for at least 24 months. It has a fragrant bouquet of fruits, flowers and brioche and a fresh, lively, savory and very harmonic taste

The Cuvée Prestige is a Champagne Brut that, for Taittinger, represents the first step within its range of products made in Reims. It is indeed a bottle that comes from a skilled blend of the three representative grape varieties of the Champagne wine region, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, characterized by balance and harmony, where the aromas, fine and subtle, derive from a 24-month aging on the lees. A bubble that, among the many positive aspects, is also characterized by an excellent gastronomic propensity, which makes it always a more than winning choice.

This Champagne Brut Cuvée Prestige is born from the skillful union of the three grape varieties that usually give rise to the French bubbles, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The grapes of these varieties come from as many as fifty different plots, carefully selected within the vineyards owned by Taittinger. Once harvested, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation, and then referment according to the production principles of the Champenoise Method, for at least 24 months, remaining on the lees in the bottle. At the end of this period, the processes of disgorgement, dosage, and bottling are carried out.

The Cuvée Prestige is a Champagne Brut that presents itself with a bright golden yellow color, crossed by a fine bubble with good persistence. The nose is dominated by fresh and subtle sensations, where floral and fruity notes can be found, enhanced by hints of yeast and pastry. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a fragrant and balanced sip that relies on a mineral and refreshing sensation. A bubble of excellent craftsmanship, with which the Taittinger house gives us the perfect bottle to delight the most stylish aperitifs.
