The Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore Riserva 'Colli del Mancuso' by Ippolito 1845 is a flagship wine of the winery. The Gaglioppo grape variety is grown on the historic Mancus estate, where it is harvested strictly at low yields in order to give the final wine great concentration. Twelve months in oak barrels enhance the natural elegance and smoothness of the grape variety. The nose reveals aromas of sweet morello cherry, ripe plum, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, it is harmonious and smooth, with finely integrated tannins. Perfect with game such as roast pheasant
