Bosco del Merlo's Friulano 'Pietris' is an intense Friulian white that pays homage to the typical pebbly soil of Sequals, an area that is excellent for encouraging the ripening of the grapes. Maturation takes place in steel and maturation on yeasts with batonnage structure and intensity of the grape's varietal traits. The nose expresses white flowers, intense hints of yellow fruit and almond, a typical vegetal note. The taste is fresh, savoury and clearly structured, with a pleasantly bitter finish. Excellent with mixed hors d'oeuvres, but perfect with San Daniele ham
Brilliant golden yellow with greenish highlights
Broad profile with peach, camomile and jasmine, almond and a typical vegetal nuance
Fresh, savoury, well structured, with typical bitter finish
