Zaccagnini's Pecorino 'Le Terre dell'Abate' gains body from the clay soil on which its vines grow. In the cellar it is treated with only steel, thus accentuating its fragrance as well as its structure. The nose releases notes of flowers and yellow fruit, with hints of herbs such as thyme and mint. It impresses with freshness, but the savoury profile is its most distinctive point
