The Refosco Vigna Petrussa wine is made from vines that grow with the guyot system in parcels rooted in sandy marl that constitute the classic “ponca” friulana. We are about 150 meters above sea level, and between the rows, spontaneous grassing is practiced, without chemical fertilization. The must ferments in steel, macerating on the skins with alternating pump-overs and délestages. The wine is then transferred for aging in oak tonneau, where it remains to mature for 12 months. At the end of this period, bottling takes place.

The nose opens with an interesting olfactory note, reminiscent of the smell of ripe hay, enriched by a range of notes that oscillate between fruity and spicy.
