The Pinot Noir 'Heredia' of the Trento Winery originates from hillside vineyards whose chalky soils enhance the typical elegance of Pinot Noir. Vinification in small containers with frequent pumping over, followed by brief ageing in barriques, contributes to a delicate but well-defined structure. The nose has a fruity profile with black cherry, morello cherry and ripe blueberry. The palate is silky, fresh and with fine tannins. Try it with fine cuts of meat, such as veal tongue in green sauce
