This "Grayasusi - Silver Label" from Ceraudo is a Rosé that comes from the pure use of Gaglioppo grapes, a varietal widely cultivated within the regional borders of Calabria. The vines, which are about 20 years old, grow on the hills of Strongoli, facing southeast, and among the rows, the yield never exceeds fifty quintals per hectare. The vineyards are managed under a certified organic regime, without the use of any chemical products. The winemaking is carefully monitored during its entire course, and the production process concludes with a maturation period of 6 months in French oak barriques.

The "Grayasusi - Silver Label" Rosato Ceraudo asserts itself in the glass with an intense pink color, with some reflections that shift towards the shade of cherry. Concentrated is the profile developed on the nose, where the notes that embrace the nose trace a path in which it is mainly the fruit – even in jam – that stands out, enriched by some light spicy hints.
