Feral's Fizzly Rosé 'N°5 Limited Edition' is an intriguing non-alcoholic drink that celebrates often forgotten mountain plants. Birch sap, aronia, verbena, nettle, yarrow and horseradish ferment naturally, producing a delicate, alcohol-free sparkle. The nose releases citrus aromas of pink lemon and white peach, with subtle herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with silky bubbles that enhance its drinkability. Ideal with appetisers and vegetarian cuisine, it pairs perfectly with crudités with hummus or vegetable tempura
