Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion

WHITE WINE RIBOLLA GIALLA 'ZUC DI VOLPE DELLE MURA' VOLPE PASINI 2021 DESCRIPTION

The Ribolla is a native vine, good natural acidity and fresh flavors, which is distinguished by its rightful vivacity, elegantly softened by great balance, however, that you create in the bottle. The Volpe Pasini winery produces a very good example, which is proving to be a wine of great interest, not only national. The winery Volpe Pasini is important to emphasize not only the expertise in the field of wine, but also the involvement in environmental leadership is divided on two fronts: on the one hand the use of geothermal energy, on the other hand the care and maintenance of about 15 acres of woods, that the winery has "adopted" to balance the carbon dioxide emissions that are inevitably generated in the early stages of wine production. The Ribolla Gialla Zuc Di Volpe comes to life from the vineyard, which surrounds the seventeenth-century Villa Rosa, the seat of the company, and that unfolds like a beautiful terraced amphitheater facing south-west, on top of which is a grove, maintained after giving up all planting of new vineyards.
