WHITE WINE SOAVE CLASSICO 'MONTE CARBONARE' SUAVIA 2020 DESCRIPTION

The Soave Classico Superiore "Monte Carbonare" by Suavia is undoubtedly the wine that best describes the essence and reality of this fascinating winery. A wine that Suavia likes to describe as "a piece of land in the glass". We are in the heart of Soave, where the pianura Padana gives way to the foothills, east of Valpolicella, in a true paradise on earth; three hundred meters high hills surrounded by the purest nature, with panoramic views really interesting. And is here that was born the story of Suavia, a story of a castle and a family with a long passion for winemaking that always likes to produce wines of strong personality, outspoken wines and true, who bring with them a really minerality important. The Soave Classico Superiore "Monte Carbonare" born in the homonymous vineyard takes its name from the color of dark volcanic earth reminiscent of the coal; a vineyard facing East, Northeast, at an altitude of between 120 and 280 meters above sea level; basaltic rocks, volcanic and clayey. The Soave Classico Superiore "Monte Carbonare" ferment for 16 days in stainless steel and aged for 15 months in contact with the lees. Thus a Soave great minerality, capable of surprising for its beautiful citrus notes accompanied by hints of mountain herbs; Soave "Monte Carbonare" by Suavia is sharp and creamy at the same time. And 'the essence of Soave, in a true piece of paradise...
