Amaro by Sibona is a smooth and plesant liqueur produced according to an ancient recipe from Piedmont using 34 herbs and roots. Perfumes of herbs, china and rhubarb come out from the glass. The taste is velvety and kindly bitter. To taste cold or with ice

The Amaro di Sibona is a product that carries with it the value of past traditions and those artisanal ways of working that have always been the focal point of the quality production of the distillery. Indeed, because at the base of this bottle lies an ancient recipe, which is faithfully reproduced by Sibona, while being able to leverage the latest generation machinery and the use of the most advanced technologies. Thus, a captivating label is born, which challenges enthusiasts in the arduous task of recognizing some of the 34 aromatic herbs used in its creation. An interesting game, especially if the Amaro is tasted neat, capable of expressing the full power of its aromas.

The Amaro di Sibona comes from an ancient Piedmontese recipe, passed down through time and rediscovered by Sibona, which faithfully follows its steps, thus ensuring a continuity of tradition into the future. There are 34 aromatic herbs that are used, among which gentian, cinchona, and rhubarb stand out; the herbs are left to macerate in infusion in a hydroalcoholic solution for some time and then the phases of decantation, bottling, and commercialization are carried out.

This Sibona presents itself to the eye with an intense, dark, and deep amber color, not very penetrable. The nose is wide and layered, offering a panorama of notes where roots, wild spices, and sweeter tones blend perfectly. On the palate, it is full-bodied, captivating, with a smooth and delicate sip, characterized by a typical bitter taste, with excellent persistence. Neat or on the rocks, it is also worth trying paired with ice creams and various desserts.
