"Keep on Bunching" by Testalonga is a bright and vibrant white wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes cultivated on the north of Cape Town, in the small area of Swartland. With a cloudy and pale color, it smells of fresh citrus, orange blossom, green apple, ginger, saffron, white pepper and mineral puffs. When tasted, it shows excellent gustatory tension, with a pleasant and sour freshness in the foreground, fleshed out with a mineral nuance.

altitude on granite soils facing north. In the vineyard, efforts are made to preserve the vitality of the soil and the plant, therefore the use of any chemical or synthetic substances is avoided, and in the winery, the process continues consistently with spontaneous alcoholic fermentations in steel tanks without temperature control. The liquid ages in steel containers and does not undergo clarifications or filtrations.

The Keep on Punching Baby Bandito wine has a pale and delicate yellow appearance. The nose is varied and extremely complex but all played on finesse, with hints of citrus peel, white pepper, ginger, and saline puffs. The sip tells of an extremely vital and vibrant wine, where the splendid texture of the fruit is supported by a solid structure made of freshness and salt. It is precisely the savory vein that impresses for how it manages to extend the persistence of the liquid, despite its drinkability. Transversal.
