Cascina Faletta's Barbera del Monferrato 'Braja' is a precious cru for the winery, because it comes from a vineyard planted decades ago by the grandmother. It is a fresh and drinkable, but not light, expression of this typical Piedmontese red. Produced in steel, it undergoes only a brief passage in oak during fermentation. Fresh cherry and violet aromas stand out on the nose, with evolved hints of black cherry in syrup. On the palate, it is defined by a good freshness that acts as a framework for the very smooth sip. Perfect with robust first courses and white meats, it surprises with smoked salmon
