Quenardel's Champagne Brut Blanc de Noirs is a bubbly with character, a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes. Very balanced between intensity and smoothness, it identifies itself in fruity aromas of peach and apricot and stronger nuances of grapefruit and currant. The mousse is rich and very fine, the result of 18 months on the lees after the first fermentation in steel. Suitable for a summer aperitif with ham and melon, it also pairs easily with first courses and white meat main courses

The Champagne Brut Blanc de Noirs from J.H Quenardel is a sparkling wine with rich fruity aromas, the result of blending the black grape varieties Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. In particular, the presence of Pinot Noir contributes to the sparkling wine's power and structure while Pinot Meunier brings softness and fruitiness. The combination of these two grapes thus gives rise to a Blanc de Noirs, a French term that literally means "white of the blacks", indicating that Champagne is produced from black grapes vinified white, i.e. without contact between the must and the skins, the latter being responsible for the colour of red wines.

J.H Quenardel Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut is produced from a blend of Pinot Noir (55%) and Pinot Meunier (45%) grapes, varieties cultivated using sustainable agronomic practices evidenced by the 'VDC' and 'HVE' certifications. After the harvest, the grapes are transferred to the winery for traditional white vinification by direct pressing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the vintage wine is combined with approximately 25% vin de reserve from Pinot Noir grapes, with the resulting sparkling wine base being bottled with the addition of liqueur de tirage for re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. This is followed by ageing on the lees in glass for around 18-24 months, at the end of which degorgement and subsequent dosage to Brut takes place, with around 6 g/l of residual sugar.

Champagne J.H Quenardel Blanc de Noirs Brut has a straw yellow colour with delicate greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers hints of peach, apricot, grapefruit and redcurrant, surrounded by notes of dried fruit and bread crust. The taste is intense, soft and fine, with excellent balance and a long, pleasant persistence.
