The Champagne Brut Grand Cru 'Jour 3: Meunier à Belval' Odyssée is the third wine celebrating the 319 communes of Champagne, this time via Belval-sous-Châtillon. Pinot Meunier dominates here, which makes up the entire blend, cultivated on deep sandy soils that give great finesse. Fresh notes of fruit and white flowers dominate the nose, with pleasant chalky hints characterising the wine's minerality. The palate is fresh, elegant and savoury, perfect with delicate but fragrant fish dishes
