Grappa Morbida Barrique 'La Trentina' Marzadro

The Grappa Morbida Barrique “La Trentina” Marzadro is a distillate with a gentle and velvety profile, born from the pomace of some of the most typical white grape varieties of the region. It is a distillate that undergoes aging in wood, and therefore, during this maturation phase, it gains softness and roundness, arriving in the glass with a structure that quickly wins over all enthusiasts. An elegant Grappa, also in terms of its aesthetic presentation, which can therefore be a more than welcome gift for passionate friends.

The Grappa Morbida Barrique “La Trentina” originates from the pomace of particularly aromatic grape varieties, namely Chardonnay, Moscato, and Gewürztraminer. These are grapes that thrive particularly well within the borders of Trentino, whose pomace reaches the premises of the Marzadro distillery still soaked in must, full of aromas and properties, also considering the good temperature variation present in the vineyards where they grow. The distillation takes place in a water bath, using a copper still that operates with steam, following the principles of the discontinuous method. At the end of the processing, the Grappa is allowed to rest for a few months in barrels that previously contained the Grappa Stravecchia “Le Diciotto Lune”.

This “La Trentina” Marzadro is a Grappa Morbida Barrique that presents itself to the eye with a golden color that has good brightness. The aromas that envelop the nose are announced as deep and refined, moving to highlight notes of flowers, dried fruit, and slight spicy hints. It enters the palate with immense softness, with a warm sip that embraces the palate broadly, proving to be incredibly round: a label with which it is absolutely impossible not to meet the taste of every guest.
