Possente's 'Acini di Grillo' is a juicy Sicilian white, vinified without filtering, with spontaneous fermentation and aged in steel for four months. In short, a fresh and intriguing version of the iconic grape variety from this corner of Sicily. The olfactory profile ranges between ripe citrus fruits, aniseed and white flowers. The taste is saline, structured and closes on a pleasant bitter note. Excellent with oily fish, fresh cheeses or aromatic legume soups
