Negroamaro Rosé 'Kreos' Castello Monaci 2024

Castello Monaci's Negroamaro Rosato 'Kreos' is a rosé with a striking and fascinating colour. It takes its name from Greek myth, specifically from Eos, the Greek goddess of the dawn. It is made from Negroamaro grapes from Salento and opens on the nose with persistent aromas of cherry, flowers and berries. On the palate it is velvety, with a marked freshness and marine character, and great flavour. It goes well with tuna tartare, fish guazzetti and pasta dishes with cherry tomatoes
