Giacomo Baraldo's Pinot Noir 'Vineyard Ferment 18.5k' is an adventure for this young winery in New Zealand. Fermentation takes place directly in the vineyard, a technique that preserves the freshness of the fruit to the maximum. The nose releases aromas of wild cherry and raspberry, with delicate spicy and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is dynamic and enveloping, with juicy pulp and great flavour. Ideal with refined meat dishes, such as duck à l'orange or pepper-crusted beef fillet
