
Pu’er Sylvulae
Sylvulae's 'Pu'er' is an elegant kombucha, produced with precious Pu'er Sheng tea leaves harvested in 2017! A meeting between the Chinese and Italian mountains, between Mount Nannou in Yunnan and the Val di Taro. After fermentation and bottling, the kombucha is aged for six months in the bottle. It then develops complex aromas of plum, broom flowers, followed by hints of honey and citrus. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a pleasant structure and a citrus freshness that blends with a delicate tannic texture. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes, it goes perfectly with salmon sashimi or prawn tempura
