Croci's Spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosé Rosé 'Alfiere' is an artisanal sparkling wine made in a historic region for Italian bubbles. It is a fascinating experiment, since it uses indigenous red grapes usually used for still wines as a base. The nose is reminiscent of fresh, crisp red fruits, with hints of pastry on the finish. In the mouth it is dry, with structure and freshness balanced by a pleasant softness. Perfect with a board of typical cured meats with Parmesan cheese
