Trento Spumante Brut of Revì is a Classic Method from Trentino that comes from the assembly of Chardonnay with Pinot Noir. A glass with an odorous profile of character, with apple, lime and toasted almonds in evidence, which give way to a savoury and enveloping taste with a delicate bubble that nicely tickles the palate
Revì's Spumante Trento Brut is a decidedly eclectic bubbly, pleasant to drink on the most diverse occasions. A label that, thanks to the period of time spent on yeasts, is appreciated for its good complexity on the palate, while the nose conquers thanks to the harmony established between notes of fruit and those reminiscent of flowers. Revì, a winery that for several decades can boast a strong bond with the territory, proposes itself with this bottle as one of the names to keep an eye on as far as the production of Metodo Classico in Trentino is concerned.
Brut Trento Spumante is made by the Revì winery from 75% Chardonnay, to which is added 25% Pinot Noir. The vines of these two varieties grow within the prestigious Trento DOC, an important denomination for the production of sparkling wine in Italy. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately destemmed, and the berries are sent to the pressing stage. The must obtained from this operation ferments a first time in stainless steel containers, while re-fermentation takes place - as per protocol for the production of Metodo Classico - in the bottle. The Spumante remains to age on the lees for three years, until the disgorging, dosage and bottling operations begin.
This Trento Spumante Brut develops in the glass with a distinctly golden colour, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The range of aromas that envelops the nose tells of subtle and delicate notes, in which fruity and floral sensations alternate with citrus touches and references to yeasts and pastries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, with a sip that enters the palate with elegance, highlighting a thirst-quenching mineral vein. A Trentino bubbly from the Revì winery that is well suited to any occasion, from aperitifs to the whole meal.
