Spirito Reale's Amaro Diabolico is a modern, sweet and spicy 'amaro'. Produced with only natural aromas by Cho Spirits' Distillerie Sabaude, it represents the meeting of Turin's liquor tradition and modern experimentation. The nose is fresh, thanks to the aroma of ginger, with balsamic nuances of herbs and spices. On the palate it is intense, spicy and refreshing, the sip culminating in a pungent finish reminiscent of fresh ginger. Perfect straight or 'on the rocks', try it as an aperitif diluted with tonic water

Amaro Diabolico by Spirito Reale, a Turin-based brand of CHO Spirits, is a devilishly spicy bitter with a modern style that reinterprets the flavours of traditional bitters. This spirit drink is produced at Distillerie Sabaude in Moriondo Torinese, a company active since 2018 in the elaboration of vermouths and various spirits. The production cycle is based on the search for high quality ingredients and the adoption of state-of-the-art infusion and distillation techniques, all in pursuit of the highest achievable quality. Within the bitters category, one of the six families of spirits offered by Spirito Reale, there are seven different labels, each inspired by ancient recipes dating back to the 19th century.

Spirito Reale Amaro Diabolico is born from the skilful combination of four main ingredients: water, alcohol, sugar and natural aromas. The recipe seeks high quality and balance between flavours and aromas, resulting in a very pleasant liqueur in which the spicy sensation is well integrated. The bitter is finally marketed in an elegantly designed bottle, characterised by an orange label that emphasises its spicy essence.

The Amaro Diabolico of the Piedmontese Spirito Reale brand is characterised by a light orange hue crossed by light amber shades. The nose reveals excellent richness, with delicate balsamic hints of aromatic herbs that meet complex perceptions of ginger and various spices. The entry on the palate is fresh and clean, with excellent structure and a development capable of evoking consistent sensations of ginger and balsamic herbs, culminating in a pleasant spicy finish that envelops and cleanses the palate.
