Bordeaux Rosé 'Les Eleveurs' Chateau Lauduc 2024

The Bordeaux Rosé 'Les Eleveurs' constitutes a very pleasant, fresh and fragrant interpretation of the Bordeaux terroir developed by the Chateau Lauduc winery. This is a peculiar version of Cabernet Franc 'in pink', produced from organically grown grapes processed without the addition of sulphur dioxide, in the pursuit of the highest achievable wholesomeness. Although reds represent by far the predominant portion of the wines produced in Bordeaux, the region also produces quality whites and rosés, as well as delicious dessert wines such as Sauternes, which has established itself as one of the world's most famous sweet wines.

Chateau Lauduc 'Les Eleveurs' Bordeaux Rosé is made from only Cabernet Franc grapes grown on a certified organic regime. Harvesting takes place at night in order to preserve the aromas of the grapes, which are then pressed directly without maceration. The mass is then placed in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 °C, followed by 3-4 months of maturation on the fine lees before final bottling. During the entire vinification and ageing process, any addition of sulphites is then excluded.

Chateau Lauduc's Bordeaux Rosé 'Les Eleveurs' possesses a brilliant soft pink hue with auburn highlights.
