No secrets, just a deep passion and knowledge of the land, also passed on to Eugenio by his father during countless outings in the countryside. The Cabernet Franc wine '20Ventuno22' is a blend of three different vintages of the famous grape variety, refined using the solera method. In the vineyard, no chemical or synthetic substances are used, but only a little copper and sulphur. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentations and long maceration on the skins are carried out consistently. The liquid matures in wooden barrels and cement vats before being bottled.
The "20Ventuno22" Cabernet Franc reveals itself in the glass with an impenetrable and compact ruby red colour. A nose of unimaginable depth and richness, reminiscent of cocoa, ripe plum, graphite and dark spices. Undoubtedly filling and voluminous liquid, it takes possession of the palate by virtue of an important but always perfectly balanced structure between velvety tannin and spraying acidity, enticing one to take another sip. Fascinating.
